Refund & Cancellation
1. Overview
At Sparkloom Digital (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), we provide professional digital marketing and creative services including advertising management, SEO, web design, and consulting.
Due to the time, labor, strategy, and resources invested into each project, our services are non-refundable once work has commenced.
By purchasing or engaging our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.
2. No Refund Policy
All payments made to Sparkloom Digital are final and non-refundable, including:
- Service retainers
- Project fees
- Setup fees
- Deposits
- Advertising management fees
- Strategy or consulting sessions
- Completed or partially completed work
Once work has started, resources and time have already been allocated and cannot be recovered.
We do not guarantee specific marketing results, rankings, traffic, or sales outcomes, and refunds will not be issued based on performance.
3. Deposits & Upfront Payments
For project-based services (such as web design or development):
- Deposits are required to secure scheduling
- Deposits are non-refundable
- Work will not begin until payment is received
Deposits compensate for planning, scheduling, and reserved production time.
4. Cancellations
Monthly/Retainer Services
For ongoing services (SEO, ads management, marketing retainers):
- Clients may cancel with 30 days written notice
- Services will continue through the current billing period
- No partial-month refunds will be provided
If notice is not given before the next billing cycle, the upcoming invoice remains payable.
Project-Based Services
For fixed-scope projects:
- Cancellation after work begins will result in billing for:
- Work completed
- Time spent
- Any committed or third-party costs
Any payments already made are non-refundable.
5. Client Responsibilities
Delays caused by lack of communication, missing content, approvals, or feedback do not qualify for refunds or cancellations.
Projects delayed beyond [30/60 days] due to client inaction may be paused or closed without refund.
6. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Clients agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes for legitimate service fees.
If a dispute is filed without first contacting us, we reserve the right to:
- Provide proof of service delivery
- Suspend all work
- Terminate services
- Pursue collection of unpaid balances or legal remedies
7. Exceptional Circumstances
Refunds may only be considered at our sole discretion in rare and exceptional cases. Approval is not guaranteed.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
